Meta x Zwiz x Suitcube: Video Case Study

Meta needed a case study video showcasing Zwiz’s technology integration through a local small business.

Meta and Zwiz partnered with Suitcube, a Thai company that relies on Zwiz’s chatbot technology to communicate with customers through Facebook Messenger. Through a series of meetings and translators, our team interviewed stakeholders from Zwiz and Suitcube to get an understanding of how they implement the technology and what a typical customer journey looks like.

With that information, our team wrote the script and visualized a Suitcube purchasing experience. We filmed in Bangkok, Thailand with a local production company for two days.
